We are a collective of creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals co-working in a reimagined historic warehouse
conveniently located in a vibrant sector of Fishtown/Olde Kensington.
Our studios, offices and workspaces are productive sanctuaries for Philadelphia’s small businesses. Merging industrial charm with modern convenience, our workspaces honor the history of the building, which was once a Silk Factory.
Exposed brick, timber beams, and abundant natural light, creating an inspiring setting for your best work.
Located at 179 W. Berks St., we offer flexible private workspaces ranging from 200-600 square feet, equipped with everything you need to stay focused and productive.
Most of our units fall in the range of $1,000 to $1,300 per month. Each unit has its own character and unique features that make it one-of-a-kind, while still honoring the history of the building.
